Appointments

To help provide timely service to our patients, all appointments are scheduled. If you are later than 15 minutes for your appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule. Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may have to reschedule your appointment as I am the only provider in the office.  Also PLEASE be on time as  a courtesy and less frustrating for everyone and have your surveys done before you come in.  Walk in appointments,  unless urgent will be given the next available appointment,  

You are reminded of your appointment in a number of ways (email, texts, phone calls). We encourage you to note these appointments on your cell phone with a reminder.  Please note, if you miss 2 appointments without notice, this may result in dismissal from the practice. 

The Patient Portal will also list your appointment time. 

Many appointments have a survey that needs to be completed BEFORE the appointment. Please fill these out ahead of time to provide better and more timely care.  In an attempt to shorten the office visit and as you know that a survey needs to be done you will be given one warning and at the next visit if the survey is not done then you will complete the survey in the lobby and be brought back when done.  SO be early or on time which is a minimum of 10 minutes before the time of the visit.
